Moderate buyer attendance at the sale today, first day without precipitation in about a week while colder temperatures slowed early pasture growth. Very similar run compared to last week with a slight increase in Feeder offering, while the quality was somewhat up and down. Feeder Steers steady to $4 higher in the in 4-5 weights while demand lowered for the heavier side of the run. Heifers experienced an opposite trend as 4 weights sold down to $12 lower, 5 weights steady and light 6's up to $9 higher. Fairly heavy run of light Feeder Bulls selling steady to $3 higher. Increasing demand for Slaughter Cows, average dressing Lean $5 higher, Boner type $6.50 higher this week, Slaughter Bulls steady to $3 higher. Firm demand for a quality run of Replacements, mostly young Bred Cows and Pairs. Heiferettes, $130-$174; Baby Calves, $300-$500. Small run of Slaughter Hogs, $57.50-$97.50.
