Reporter comment USDA

As filed

Average attendance for today's sale, trade somewhat slower but remained active. Not a heavy run of Feeders, an especially lower offering of Steers than last week. While not the best market test Feeder Cattle prices had a sharp decline locally considering national trends of the past week. Slaughter Cows continued to sell steady to slightly higher for Breaker type as well as Lean Cows. Slaughter Bulls spot on steady same as last week for an average of $167 per cwt.
