Compared to 2 weeks ago, stocker steers less than 600 lbs steady to 7.00 lower, feeder cattle 600 lbs and over steady to 6.00 higher. Stocker heifers 400-500 lbs steady to 6.00 lower, feeder heifers 500 lbs and higher 2.00-9.00 higher. CME Feeder cattle futures rallied on Tuesday with contracts up $1.90 to $2.15. The CME Feeder Cattle Index was back up 81 cents from the day prior at $261.54 on December 16. Trade active with good demand and good buyer attendance both ringside and on the internet.
