Compared to last Tuesday, stocker and feeder steers 3.00-6.00 higher. Stocker heifers less than 700 lbs 5.00-11.00 higher. Feeder heifers over 700 lbs 1.00-5.00 lower. CME Feeder cattle futures closed with gains of 20 cents to $1.32, as nearby September was down 15 cents. The CME Feeder Cattle Index was up another 52 cents at $244.02 on September 23. Trade active with good demand.
