Compared to 2 weeks ago at the same market, stocker cattle less than 700 lbs 1.00-5.00 higher best demand for weaned calves, light to moderate demand for unweaned calves. Feeder cattle over 700 lbs. 1.00-9.00 lower. CME Feeder cattle futures saw 67 cent to $1 higher trade across most contracts on Thursday. The CME Feeder Cattle Index was up 79 cents @ $311.39. Slaughter cows 2.00-5.00 higher. Slaughter bulls firm. Trade very active with very good demand.
