Compared to last Thursday, stocker and feeder cattle 4.00-11.00 higher. Feeder cattle futures also firmed up on Thursday with $0.80 to $2.87 gains for the day. October feeders are still at a net $4.42 loss for the week. September feeder cattle went off the board at $252.32. The CME Feeder Cattle Index was $252.20 on 9/27, down by $1.07. Slaughter cows firm to 4.00 higher. Slaughter bulls 1.00-2.00 lower. Trade active with good demand.
