Compared to last Thursday, stocker and feeder cattle firm to 9.00 higher. The CME Feeder Cattle Index was $178.51 after a $1.46 drop on 9/14. Buyer attendance was good. Slaughter cows uneven Boners 5.00-6.00 lower. Lean 1,00-2.00 higher. Slaughter bulls steady. Trade active with good demand both ringside and on the internet. USDA's weekly Export Sales report showed 15,131 MT of beef were sold during the week that ended 9/8. Accumulated shipments reached 664,088 MT.
