Compared to last Thursday, not enough stocker or feeder cattle this week for accurate trends. Buyer attendance was good. CME Feeders were $0.70 to $1.27 stronger on the day. The CME Feeder Cattle Index was $183.36 on 8/31, down by 67 cents. Slaughter cows steady to weak with many carrying liberal fills. Not enough slaughter bulls for accurate market trends. Trade active with good demand. Beef exports from Brazil were 21,607 MT larger in August '22 compared to August '21, with 203,230 MT shipped.
