Compared to last Thursday, stocker and feeder cattle firm. Buyer attendance was good. Quality more attractive this week with larger supplies offered. CME Feeder cattle futures pulled back off the last few strong sessions, with Thursday showing 87 cent to $1.90 losses. Slaughter Cows and bulls firm to 2.00 higher as demand exceeds supply. Trade very active with very good demand. Export Sales data showed a calendar year low of 9,185 MT in beef sales during the week of July 7. Japan was the lead buyer of 3,800 MT, with Mexico buying 2,900 MT. Shipments were the lowest since March at 17,122 MT.
