As filed

Compared to last Thursday, not enough stocker or feeder cattle this week for accurate trends. Most offerings today in small lots and singles. CME Feeder cattle ended the day $2.27 to $2.62 in the red, squeezed between the weaker fats and the corn rally. March feeder cattle expired at $155.90.Slaughter cows 3.00-4.00 lower, Slaughter bulls 6.00-7.00 lower. Trade active with good demand. USDA’s weekly Export Sales report showed 22,964 MT of beef was sold, led by purchases from China. Japan and South Korea were also large buyers during the week that ended 3/24. The weekly update showed 20,367 MT were shipped, which left YTD exports at 212,298 MT.
