According to the Cattle Market Report and Analysis, some feedlots are entering the winter with less than full capacities. Weekly placements are showing year over year declines. Uneven grazing patterns and declining cattle numbers will provide the backdrop for smaller fed supplies well into the future. Dry land wheat in the Central, Southern, and Eastern part of the Panhandle is mostly emerged but could use some moisture to make a stand.
