Slaughter cows and bulls were too lightly tested for a market trend. Quality was mostly plain to attractive, with the majority of the supply consisting of large load lots of cattle off the short wheat or grass. Buyer demand was very good on mostly active trading activity. A light dusting of snow came in on Friday night, and rain is predicted across the area mid week. Unfortunately, temperatures in the mid 70's accompanied by high winds moved into the region today which will reverse the benefit of this weekends snow fall.
