Compared to last week: Feeder steers and heifers sold firm to 4.00 higher on comparable sales. Positive gains in the barn were supported by the CME Feeder Cattle contract which closed up the limit. Quality was once again very attractive with several large load lots of cattle straight off the wheat and grass on offer. Replacement cattle sold firm, as there was a nice string of high quality bred cows and pairs. No recent comparable sales on Slaughter cows and bulls. Buyer attendance and demand were very good.
