Reporter comment USDA

As filed

Compared to last week: There was too few comparable sells to determine a trend on calves and feeders. However; a lower undertone was noted as it followed the downturn on the board. Slaughter cattle seemed to follow suit. Average to high yielding boner cows brought 8.00-11.00 lower with a few slaughter bulls remaining steady. Buyer demand was moderate with a few lots of better quality beef cattle grabbing the most attention.
