Reporter comment USDA

As filed

Compared to last Friday: Feeder steers were steady to 5.00 lower while feeder heifers were 2.00 - 7.00 lower. All strings had both branding time and preconditioned shots keeping the price margins tight. Flesh conditions, especially for the many long strings, were of consistent attractive conditions. The market was active at the start of the delayed sale, (because of weather), but dwindled to moderate as the afternoon progressed. Demand for buyer interest was moderate to good for the day. Next sale is Oct 30, 2020.
