Compared to last Friday: Feeder Steers under 400 lightly tested, 400 to 500 Steady, 500 to 550, 2.00 lower, 550 to 600 Steady, Feeder Heifers under 400 lightly tested, 400 to 500 3.00 to 4.00 lower, 500 to 550 lightly tested, 550 to 600 Steady. Good Demand for Several Load Lots and Packages of Feeder Steers and Feeder Heifers which sold on a Moderate Market. There were several weather related cancellations for this first Special Wednesday Sale of the Fall Run. The entire Offering was Home Raised, were attractive, clean, open haired cattle, and carried light to moderate flesh. Many of the calves had Spring and Fall vaccinations. The Next Feeder Cattle Sale is Friday, October 22: Yearling and Spring Calf Special, Expecting 10,000 Head; Wednesday, October 27: Spring Calf Special, Expecting 3,000 Head.
