Compared to last week: Fed steers steady to 3.00 lower, heifers 1.00 to 3.00 lower. Holsteins to few to make a meaningful comparison. Demand for this light offering of slaughter cattle was good. Program cattle showed a good premium this week. Only a couple semi loads of fed cattle offered along with some small packages. The majority of today's offering was call cows. Slaughter cows steady to 2.00 higher.

Traditional weight slaughter lambs 1.00 to 5.00 higher. Demand for this eye catching offering was good. 70 lbs - 90 lbs lambs sold with higher undertones. Slaughter lambs weighing over 120 lbs seemed to be in highest demand today. Slaughter ewes 5.00 to 10.00 higher.
