Compared to last week: Slaughter steers steady to 3.00 lower, heifers 1.00 to 3.00 lower. Holsteins 6.00 to 8.00 lower in a light test. Demand for this eye appealing offering of cattle was moderate. Black hided cattle continue to be in biggest demand. Most cattle were hauled in over night or stood dry at the cattle producers yard. Several lots of no implant cattle offered today which showed a slight premium. Slaughter cows steady to 5.00 lower. Bulls 2.00 to 4.00 higher.

Traditional slaughter weight lambs 9.00 to 11.00 lower. Demand for this nice offering of sheep was moderate. Slaughter ewes Good 2-3 and Utility 1-2 10.00 to 19.00 lower, Good 4-5 and Cull steady.
