As filed

Compared to last week: Yearling feeder steers sold with higher undertones, much lighter flesh condition this week as several consignments of yearlings were right off grass. Yearling heifers not well compared. Good to very good demand for this offering of yearling steers and heifers, most notably on the cattle coming off grass where the market was the most active. Heavier fleshed cattle were much harder to sell as cattle feeders are struggling to find cattle that can breakeven against the futures contracts.
