Compared to last week: Yearling feeder steers showed limited comparisons on a lighter offering this week. Only reliable comparison 1000-1100 lbs 2.00 to 5.00 lower. A lower undertone noted on lighter feeder steers and calves with instances of 10.00 to 12.00 lower on heavier feeders. Yearling feeder heifers displayed limited comparable ranges as well with 900- 950 lbs 4.00 to 6.00 lower and 1000-1050 lbs 10.00 to 12.00 lower being the only tests available. Heifer calves mostly mixed with only decent test on 500-550 lbs 10.00 to 13.00 higher. Demand mostly moderate on heavier weights and good on heifer calves on this sale of mostly smaller packages and strings with a few multiple load consignors thrown in. Quality mostly average with a few attractive lots noticed. Flesh condition varied throughout the sale from light flesh coming off grass to flesh on the heavier end.
