No Feeder Cattle Sale last week, comparisons made to 2 weeks ago. Feeder Steers 950 to 1000 3.00 higher, other classes of Feeder Steers not well compared; Feeder Heifers 900 to 950 Steady to 2.00 higher, 950 to 1050 2.00 higher. Good Demand for Several Strings, Load Lots, and Many Packages of Feeder Steers, Feeder Heifers, and Tested Open Heifers which sold on a Moderate to Active Market. Presentation of the cattle was attractive as nearly the entire Offering was off grass and carried Light to Moderate Flesh, most of which carried a favorable weigh-up. Many of the packages were tested open heifers off the keepers and were front end cattle. The Next Feeder Cattle Sale is October 6th with 5,500 Spring Calves on the books; October 7 will be a Weigh-up Sale.
