The last Feeder Cattle Sale was three weeks ago, therefore no market comparison will be made. Good Demand for Several Load Lots and Several Part Loads and Packages of Feeder Steers and Feeder Heifers which Sold on a Moderate to Active Market. Today's Offering consisted mostly of Home Raised Cattle, most of which were fully vaccinated and weaned a long time. Significant movement in the futures market over the last several days sure had an impact on the Market. High quality cattle carrying light Flesh sold on an Active Market while Cattle with a little less frame or a little more flesh sold on a Slow to Moderate Market. Moisture is still needed over a large part of the area and will be something to pay attention to in the coming weeks. The Next Feeder Cattle Sale is April 29.
