Compared to last week Feeder Steers under 450 Steady, 450 to 500 Steady to 3.00 higher, 500 to 550 4.00 to 6.00 higher, 550 to 600 Steady to 3.00 higher; Feeder Heifers under 400 Steady, 400 to 450 5.00 to 8.00 higher, 450 to 550 8.00 to 10.00 higher, 550 to 600 7.00 higher. Very Good Demand for several Long Strings and Many Load Lots and Packages of Feeder Steers and Feeder Heifers which all sold on a Strong, Active Market that gained strength throughout the sale. Nearly the entire Offering consisted of Home Raised, Spring born Calves coming straight off the cow and off grass. All Calves carried Light to Moderate Flesh with a clean, open haired, attractive presentation, and had both Spring and Fall vaccinations. The next Feeder Cattle Sale is November 19, expecting 1,000 head.
