Compared to last week Feeder Steers 350 to 450 15.00 to 20.00 lower, 450 to 500 8.00 to 12.00 lower, 500 to 550 4.00 to 8.00 lower, 550 to 700 10.00 to 15.00 lower, Feeder Heifers 350 to 450 8.00 to 12.00 lower, 450 to 550 6.00 lower, 550 to 800 8.00 to 10.00 lower. Good Demand for several long strings and many load lots and packages of Feeder Steers and Feeder Heifers. The Feeder Cattle Futures traded the day on expanded limits and was very volatile during the trading session but then settled with very little change. Today's market Activity displayed very similar action by starting strong becoming moderate during the later part of the morning then finishing on a Stronger, more Active Market. The Market volatility accounts for the broad trading ranges in some of today's classes of cattle, especially experienced in the 450 to 600 steer ranges. Nearly the entire Offering was Home Raised, Off the Cow, and had Spring and Fall Vaccinations. The Next Feeder Cattle Sale is October 31, Expecting 6,500 head.
