Compared to last week Feeder Steers under 600 lbs 2.00 to 6.00 higher, 600 to 700 lbs Steady to 1.00 higher, 700 to 900 lbs 3.00 higher, Feeder Heifers 400 to 450 lbs Steady to 2.00 higher, 450 to 500 lbs Steady to 3.00 lower, 500 to 550 lbs 2.00 higher, 550 to 600 lbs 2.00 lower, 600 to 850 lbs Steady to 2.00 higher, 850 to 1000 lbs 2.00 to 6.00 higher. Very Good Demand for Many Long Strings, Load Lots, and Many Many Packages of Feeder Steers, Feeder Heifers, and Tested Open Heifers which sold on an Active Market. The Supply consisted of several Strings of Yearlings all off grass and in Light Flesh and Many Many Spring Calves off the cow, with Spring and Fall Vaccinations, and carrying Light to Moderate Flesh. Next Special Sale is Saturday, November 2nd, First Bred Cow Special of the Season, Expecting 2,200 head; Next Tuesday, November 5 another big Spring Calf Special, Expecting 12,000 Head.
