Compared to last week: best test on steers 900 to 949 lbs steady to 1.00 higher, other weight classes of steers and heifers not well compared. The feature consignment this week was another string of black steers from the same family operation as last week. These attractive cattle were met with very good demand. A few loads and packages from other outfits rounded out the sale, good to very good demand for these cattle. Flesh condition mostly moderate to moderate plus overall. An active market with order buyers interested in procuring multiple loads of these same man cattle to fill pens. Watch local listings for the next feeder cattle sale.
