Different weight classes today compared to last week so an accurate price trend can not be established. Good to very good demand for today's offering. The feature consignment of the sale was a string of 1000 backgrounded black steers from one family operation selling in loads. Several packages, mostly heifers, made up the remainder of the offering. Loads mostly attractive in quality, packages varied, from plain to attractive. Flesh condition mostly light to moderate plus. Some tag on the cattle as yard conditions remain muddy this week. An active market on loads, moderate to active on packages. Next feeder cattle sale is Thursday, April 27.
