Good demand for today's offering of calves with best demand seen for load lots of light fleshed calves. About half as many calves as last week with many packages and just a handful of loads, a few more weaned calves included in today's offering but the majority of calves came off the cow. Quality varied quite a bit, especially in packages, from plain to attractive. Flesh also varied, from light to moderate plus with some heavy flesh at times, some fill seen on the calves today. An active market seen for this offering. Next feeder cattle sale is Thursday, December 15. This will be the last feeder cattle sale of 2022.
