Good demand for today's offering of packages and a handful of loads of home raised cattle. Flesh today mostly light to moderate plus, less flesh overall on the cattle than last week. This week's sale offered more light fleshed, light weight cattle which may be suitable for grass, these cattle see very good demand, especially those sold in loads. Quality mostly attractive today. An active market with a more limited crowd of buyers attending the sale today. Temperatures have finally warmed above zero and the next week looks to have temps in the upper 30's and some 40's giving livestock and producers some relief. Next feeder cattle sale is Thursday, February 25.
