As filed

First reported sale in recent months so an accurate price trend can not be established. Good to very good demand for today's yearling offering of many packages and a handful of loads. Flesh condition light to moderate as the majority of the offering came off grass. Quality mostly average to attractive, quite a few home raised cattle in this offering, including many tested open heifers. An active market with many buyers attending the auction. Very hot and dry weather has plagued the area the past few weeks and is taking a toll on fall crops and pastures. Next feeder cattle sale is Thursday, September 17, a special BBQ sale.
