With no sizable auctions in the past few weeks, trend not applicable . Feeders sold on a lower to steady market today. There some is optimism in the market. Had one consignment of 250 head of steers straight off of grass that brought top dollar, had some 1000 lb. plus steers bring in top money also. Demand was good. Many large load lots today. The next feeder cattle auction will be Sept. 5th, expecting 1500 head of feeders, starting at 10:00 am.
