Compared to two weeks: Feeder heifers sold 3.00-7.00 higher. Feeder steers sold 6.00-15.00 higher. There was a much larger offering than from two weeks ago. Many load lots in the offering. Premier offering today was one mans steers of 1500 head of cattle, all were thin fleshed between 850 -950 lbs. A much higher under tone noted on these steers. Good demand on all weights. Also had many good true fall calves. Next auction will be July 18th, expecting 2,500 feeder cattle starting at 9:00 am.
