As filed

Compared to last week: steers 750 to 899 lbs 7.00 to 15.00 higher with instances up to 20.00 higher on 750 to 799 lbs, 900 to 949 lbs mostly steady. Heifers 600 to 799 lbs 6.00 to 15.00 higher. Good demand for packages and loads featured in today's offering of feeder cattle. Quality similar to last week, from average to attractive, but less flesh overall than seen last week. A few more greener, backgrounding or grass type cattle in the mix today. An active market with buyers still being cautious, but a bit more positive than last week. A winter storm over the weekend left some snow and cold temperatures but this weekend has temps in the 70's forecasted, quite a swing in weather. Next feeder cattle sale is Wednesday, March 25.
