Compared to Wednesday: 450 to 499 lbs 8.00 to 10.00 higher, 500 to 549 lbs not well compared, 550 to 649 lbs and 700 to 749 lbs mostly, steady, 650 to 699 lbs 5.00 to 7.00 higher. Best test on heifers 500 to 599 lbs mostly steady. A special Saturday sale today featuring many packages and a dozen or so loads, all long time weaned and fully preconditioned. Flesh condition varied quite a bit, form light to some heavy flesh at times, depending on what feedstuffs are available to the producer. Quality mostly average to attractive today. Calves were met with very good demand and sold on an active market. A few less of the regular buyers attending but still plenty of buyers and farmer feeders in the seats and determined to own cattle. Next feeder cattle sale is Wednesday, December 11.
