As filed

No sale last week due to light receipts, compared to two weeks ago: best test on steers 1000 to 1049 lbs 5.00 higher. Heifers not well compared. Very good demand for today's offering featuring mostly loads and strings of big, finishing type cattle including several strings of home raised cattle. Lots of attractive quality cattle to choose from, most in moderate to moderate plus flesh with some heavy flesh at times. An active market with many opportunities to buy multiple loads of same man's cattle which buyers took advantage of. The weather has remained cool and it has still been freezing overnight, a warmer weekend is expected. Bred cattle and pairs will be featured in next week's sale, next feeder cattle sale will be the Annual Spring BBQ Sale on Friday, May 15, expecting 10,000 head or more.
