Compared to last week: best test on steers 900 to 1099 lbs mostly steady with instances up to 7.00 lower on 900 to 949 lbs. Heifers not well compared. Today's sale very similar to last week. Mostly strings and loads of steers featured, with good to very good demand depending on flesh condition. Flesh ranged from light to some heavy flesh, most of the cattle out of yards but a couple loads came off grass. Quality average to attractive. An active market seen for this offering. Hot and dry weather expected for the next week. Crop and grass conditions still look very good. Watch local listings for the next feeder cattle sale.
