Best test on heifer calves 500 to 550 lbs 6.00 to 10.00 higher, 551 to 600 lbs 2.00 to 3.00 lower. Just a load and a couple packages of yearlings today so can not compare to last week's large yearling offering. Good demand for calves with best demand seen for black hided grass type calves. A handful of loads and many, many packages made up today's calf offering. Quality varied quite a bit, from plain to attractive. Flesh ranged from light to moderate plus with some heavy flesh seen at times, more flesh overall today than seen last week as well as some fill at times. Lots of colored cattle on offer today. Market activity mostly active. Next feeder cattle sale is Friday, January 20.
