Small run of yearlings today when compared to last weeks sale. Good demand for all classes of cattle today created an active market, more interest in the spring calves today when compared to last weeks sale. Cattle were light fleshed to moderate fleshed condition as the yearlings were off grass and most of the calves being fully preconditioned and right off the cow. Calf price remains highly variable depending on hide color, vaccinations received and packages compared to load lots. Next sale will be Friday, October 14th, expecting a large run of yearlings and spring calves. Warm up with beef.
