Compared to last week, traditional slaughter steers not tested. Non-traditional slaughter steers sold mostly steady to 1.00 higher. Slaughter Holstein steers and slaughter heifers not tested. Slaughter cows sold steady to 1.00 higher. Demand good. Slaughter bulls sold 3.00-4.00 lower on light demand. Offerings included 179 slaughter steers, 230 slaughter heifers, 274 slaughter cows, 100 slaughter bulls, 225 miscellaneous cattle, and 497 dairy feeder calves.
