Compared to last week: Feeder steers steady to 1.00 lower. Feeder heifers sold unevenly steady. Weaned steer and heifer calves lightly tested with a lower undertone noted. Un-weaned calves steady to 1.00 higher. Demand moderate to good. Quality plain to attractive with several long-weaned, home raised yearlings on offer. Weather conditions included light rain mixed with some sleet and snow today hampered receipts somewhat. Producers concerned about wheat grazing conditions with a abundance of grasshoppers and mostly drought like conditions for the trade area.
