Compared to last week: Steers were unevenly steady with instances of 5.00 to 10.00 higher. Heifers were 5.00 to 10.00 higher. Quality was moderate with a good demand, few groups with a more attractive quality and longer weaning dates gained more momentum. Slaughter cows were steady with instances of 2.00 to 5.00 higher. Slaughter bulls mostly steady to 1.00 lower. Receipts seen a significant increase as we received a much needed cool down in the area although dry conditions continue to remain.
