Quality was average with a moderate demand. Slaughter cows were steady. Slaughter bulls showed a week undertone with most trades to light to test a trend. Slight rainfall in areas over the week with a few days of cooler temperatures helped increase receipts this week, although overall surrounding areas remain very dry.
