New buyers were present today driving the market higher. Rain has fallen across much of the trading area, with more forecasted for the rest of the week. Slaughter cows steady. Slaughter bulls 5.00 higher. Replacement cow demand very good. Packers continue to struggle to fill orders as most cattle are going back to the country.
