Compared to last week: Steers 2.00-4.00 lower. Heifers 3.00-5.00 higher. Demand good. Quality good thru attractive. Slaughter cows mostly steady to 2.00 higher. Slaughter bulls had too few receipts last week to establish a comparable trend. A total of 462 cows and bulls sold with 52 percent going to packers. A reminder, next week will be the last sale of the year and there are several first calf heifers already consigned.
