Compared to last week: Feeder steers sold 2.00-5.00 higher with exception of cattle over 1000 lbs trading with a lower undertone on limited comparable sales from last week. Feeder heifers traded 4.00-8.00 higher. Demand good for feeder cattle. Steer and heifer calves were to lightly tested last week for an accurate trend, however a higher undertone is noted. Demand moderate to good. Quality plain to average, few attractive. Rain and cooler temperatures have swept across the trade area.
