Compared to last week, steers calves under 550 lbs sold 2.00 to 7.00 higher, 550 to 600 lbs sold steady and over 600 lbs 5.00 lower. Heifer calves sold 2.00 to 3.00 higher. Not enough yearling feeders for a market comparison. Demand was moderate to good from a large crowd of mostly orders buyers. Offering comprised of home raised, bawling calves, mostly hauled in the day of the sale and some had fall pre-condition shots. Most packages and load lots of calves sold at a lighter weight than previous years.
