First reported sale in three weeks a market comparison is not applicable. However, a higher undertone was noted on most weights of steers and heifers. Demand was good to very good on this "Good" Friday. Bidding was fast paced throughout the day on packages and load lots alike. Run comprised of bawling fall calves, weaned fall calves and yearling cattle. Didn't matter to the buyers on the fall calves if they were weaned or bawlers. Just getting possession of the light weight cattle was there main goal. Some cattle sold over the internet and are heading to out of state feedlots.
