Compared to last week steers sold steady to 5.00 lower except a flat 700 lbs steer sold 3.00 higher. Heifers sold steady to 5.00 higher. Several buyers at the auction with some buyers procuring cattle in the comfort of their office from the internet. Demand was good throughout the sale. Most lots on Wednesday, were longtime weaned with full vaccination programs and the bulk did not display the mud like last week. Next Wednesday, March 10 special calf and feeder auction with early estimates at 3000 head.
