Reporter comment USDA

As filed

Compared with last week 450 lbs steers and 500 lbs heifers sold sharply higher while 550 lbs steers sold 6.00 higher and 500 and 600 lbs steers sold 2.00-3.00 higher. Harvest cows and bulls sold unevenly steady. There was a good crowd on hand today for good strings and packages of mainly preconditioned calves coming strait off the cow. Trade today was moderate with demand being moderate to good throughout the sale. Gordons next sale will be a feeder calf special November 5.
