Reporter comment USDA

As filed

First reported sale in three weeks a market trend is not applicable. However, a higher undertone was noted on most weights. Demand was mostly good at the annual barbecue auction on a hot and humid day. Sale comprised of mostly weaned fall calves and yearling cattle. Offerings coming off summer grass and grow yards. Some of the backgrounded yearlings displayed a tick of flesh but not overly fleshy. Next sale will be Aug 1st.
